Buying and selling an apartment
When you sell an apartment through us, your apartment goes to Habita's international sales portal, where it reaches not only Finnish buyers, but also international buyers. We prepare a sales and marketing plan based on our own experience and local knowledge, but also on data and market information.
If the purchase of an apartment is topical, we will collect a number of apartments for you that fit your criteria and organize apartment displays. When Habita's search alert is on, you get first-hand information about suitable properties that have come up for sale. If the purchase or sale of an apartment is urgent, call or come to our office at the city centre, and we will be happy to serve you.
